Dixfield Historical Society exists to collect and preserve artifacts and data from Dixfield's past, protect current historical materials and promote through education the desire for future generations to honor and respect their Dixfield heritage.
The Society sponsors events and projects throughout the year. Every month members attend a meeting to share in a topic of local interest.
DHS preserves and makes available original historical documents. It is open by appointment only.
